VILLA MARGARITA FORMAT
Ground floor
When entering the villa you will find yourself in a spacious open space consisting of the living room and kitchen. The living room offers comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a 65-inch satellite HDTV with Netflix and also opens onto a veranda with an outdoor seating area that leads you to the pool and garden. A stone's throw away, a full kitchen with a wine cooler, high-quality fixtures and appliances, as well as a tap water filter, offers everything you need for an independent holiday. There is also a large wooden table available for the entire group to eat indoors. Finally, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom, as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool, shower, washing machine and dryer are located on the ground floor.
First floor
Reaching the stairs to the first floor, a second open seating area awaits you, beautifully decorated and filled with light, thanks to the large windows. In addition, various entertainment facilities for the entire family / group are available at this level, including an office space with a printer, a cinema room with Playstation 4 and 65 "HDTV with Netflix, a play area for young children and an exercise room connected to an exercise bike, a multifunctional gym , mat, abs couch, stepper machine and yoga mat, and on the first floor there is a family bathroom with a bath and double sink.
Second floor
Follow the stairs to the top and you will reach the second floor, where the remaining 4 bedrooms of the villa are located, all with access to the balcony. Two of the bedrooms have a king size bed and the other has 2 single beds, which can also be set up as a double if needed. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a 32-inch HDTV, walk-in wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom with shower cubicle. Last but not least, there is also an additional family bathroom with shower cubicle on this floor.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of relaxation areas and fantastic views.
