The sleek, white bungalow will surprise you once you step inside. The décor is a tasteful mix of old and new with a casual atmosphere. The heart of the house is the open kitchen where the striking industrial lamps above the dining table will attract your attention. The large living area provides space for various activities in the house; preparing, eating, and relaxing. The areas flow smoothly into each other, and form together a coherent environment. The large double sliding doors open onto the covered terrace from where you have a beautiful panoramic view and will enjoy outdoor life to the fullest.
The heated swimming pool (11 x 4m) and hot tub are built in the 85m2 partially covered terrace. The comfortable sunbeds at the poolside invite you for a relaxing afternoon, while the BBQ and large dining table provide everything you need for a summer dinner al fresco. Behind the terrace, on a slightly lower level, the large lawn with various trees offers plenty of space for the children to play.
With three bedrooms (two of them have direct access to the terrace) and two bathrooms, the house can accommodate up to 6 people, but it is certainly a wonderful place for two as well. The comfortable beds guarantee a good night rest and let you wake up feeling fresh every day. If you do not feel like cooking one day, then head to the Golf Club of Souillac which is only it’s 400 meters away for a delicious lunch or dinner!
