Villa Mattei is located in the village of Montesecco between the mountains and the sea and offers 270 ° panoramic views of the region. On a clear day you can see as far as the Monte Conero and the sea.

The holiday home is extremely spacious (almost 400m2) and consists of two floors.

Ground floor

• Open plan living space / kitchen with utility room, equipped with airplay stereo, TV, Wi-Fi, large hob and oven, 2 dishwashers, American style fridge, smaller fridge and microwave.
• Laundry room with washing machine and (condensing) dryer.
• Sitting area / library.
• Guest accommodation with bedroom, bathroom and sitting area (with a sleeping couch for 1 person)

First floor

• Four bedrooms with double beds (single setup possible) and air conditioning (individually controlled).
• Each bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, whilst 1 bathroom additionally benefits from both a shower and bathtub.
• Living room with flat screen TV (satellite with Dutch and Belgian channels) - the ideal place to unwind or enjoy a convivial get-together and that, thanks to its open fire, remains perfectly snug even during those colder winter months.

Outside

• Infinity swimming pool (14 x 5m) offering panoramic 270° views and total privacy (due to the considerable distance of the nearest neighbours).
• Spacious, covered terrace located next to the kitchen, complete with patio furniture, large tables, outside lights and airplay speakers.
