Villa Meriel consists of the main villa and an outbuilding, which stand on a fully fenced (2,800m2) property. With 4 bedrooms in total, the villa can accommodate 8 adults. The layout of the buildings is as follows:

Main villa: 
On the ground floor you will find:

• A living room with a cozy sitting area, a wood stove, and sliding doors that open to the garden 
• A beautiful dining room with a spacious dining table and an antique buffet cupboard
• There is an open kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and an espresso machine
• A bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet, and sink

From the living room a staircase goes up to the upper floor, here you will find:

• Three bedrooms, the first is equipped with a double bed (180x200cm), the second room also has a double bed (180x200cm) and is connected to the third room with two single beds (90x200cm). The two connected rooms are separated by an opening with a curtain, so it is a perfect room to put small children or babies.

Annex:
The annex is located in the garden, 20 meters from the main villa, and features:

• A bedroom with 4 single beds (90x200cm) that can not be put together and a wardrobe
• A bathroom with a sink, separate toilet, and walk-in shower 
• A relaxation/television area with a lounge sofa in an alcove and a television
• A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer
• A small terrace with a seating area

Outside:

• Attached to the main house is a terrace with a dining table for 12 people and there is a second terrace with chairs and a firepit.
• You will find an outdoor shower, a lawn, and a jeu-de-boules court in the garden.
• There is a shed where surf equipment and bicycles can be stored. There is a surf rack inside and outside.
• There are several parking spaces on the property.
