- Open living room with dining area and kitchen. Here you will find a sitting area, TV and stunning sea views.
- Adjacent is the dining table and the fully equipped kitchen with: a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, moka pot and Nespresso machine, toaster and other cooking utensils.
- In the middle of the house you will find a botanical patio with an outdoor shower.
- Further down you will find the first bedroom, with a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom en suite. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, walk-in shower and washbasin. The bedroom opens onto a terrace with a seating area.
- This bedroom is fully adapted for people with limited mobility and wheelchair users.
- Washing machine and ironing facilities.
First floor
- Via an external staircase you reach the first floor, where the rest of the bedrooms are located.
- On this floor you will find a second living room and a small kitchenette with a coffee machine.
- The first bedroom, at the back of the villa, has two single beds (which can also be made up as double beds). This bedroom has a private balcony and a bathroom en suite, equipped with walk-in shower, washbasin and separate toilet.
- There are two bedrooms with king-size beds at the front of the villa. These bedrooms both have a bathroom en suite with washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet. direct access to a spacious balcony with lounge area.
- The final bedroom, is also located at the front of the villa and has beautiful views of the coastline from its private terrace. This master suite has a super kingsize bed, a sitting area with kitchenette and a large bathroom en suite, equipped with washbasin, bath tub with shower and separate toilet.
Outdoor spaces
- Each bedroom has direct access to a terrace or balcony with a seating area.
- In the garden you will find the infinity pool with jacuzzi. Around the pool you will find a lounge sofa and sun beds.
- There are parking spaces in the front of the villa.
