Villa Montagnola is the ideal spot for a family or two couples looking for something special. Here you will find the perfect combination of a luxurious holiday home in a magnificent rural area just an hour from Rome. Built in rustic style, the house has recently been renovated with love. Wooden beams, stone floors, and hand-made materials are harmoniously combined with modern furniture and colorful details.

The house sits on 40 hectares of land and offers endless views over olive groves and vineyards. This magnificent hideaway - for 6 people - has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is surrounded by an excellently kept garden with several terraces (in and out of the sun) and a private pool, to cool down. Take a walk in the olive grove, drink a cup of coffee under the oak trees, play “jeu de boules” and enjoy an al fresco dinner on the covered terrace. You will not be short of anything in this holiday home!

Just steps away are the town of Torri in Sabina, many romantic villages, and restaurants with typical Italian hospitality. Above all, Villa Montagnola is ideally situated for a day trip to Rome. Could it not be better than coming home after a day in the city and watch the stars in silence with a glass of wine on the terrace?
