The dining room has a 3.5-meter dining table that comfortably seats 12 people and flows seamlessly into the kitchen and living room. The living room features a large L-shaped sofa and two comfortable armchairs by a gas fireplace, while a desk/workspace is located in a corner. Large windows offer a sweeping view of the surrounding vineyards.
On the ground floor are three bedrooms, including a children's room with a bunk bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a master bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, double sink, bathtub, and toilet.
There is also a separate bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet.

The heated saltwater swimming pool (11x5m and 160cm deep) is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and thatched parasols.
