The villa has two floors of 200 m2 and an annex of 160 m2. It is ideal for a large group as it can accommodate up to 12 people in the five bedrooms plus four bathrooms. (The 4th bathroom/shower is located in the annex). There is a large, bright living room with 3 French doors that open to the terraces in the lush, flowery garden with three old olive trees. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is even a second kitchen in the annex. Here you will also find a second living room, lounge area, bathroom and a covered terrace for your ‘al fresco’ meals.
Villa Morrovalle has a modern design style that is enhanced with high-quality materials and luxurious facilities such as the Bulthaup kitchen, a gorgeous design bathroom, satellite TV & WIFI and a stereo, a Nespresso coffee machine, and Teppanyaki cookware.
As well the outdoor areas of Villa Morrovalle are exceptionally well taken care of. In the fully fenced garden of 5,000 m2, there is a large lawn which has lots of room to play and to enjoy the marvelous 360-degree views. The private pool of 5x12 meters has different depths descending to 1.4m plus a shallow part of 0.5m (great for children).

Villa – upper floor
The bedroom windows all have mesh screens. The beds (210cm long) are of good quality.
- Large master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, very spacious ensuite design bathroom with bubble bath, luxury shower, double sink, and toilet. From this room, there is a private exit to the garden (stairs to ground floor)
- Two bedrooms with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet

Annex (160 m2)

Garden (5000m2)
The garden is very well taken care of and has beautiful views over the hills of Le Marche and some villages such as Morrovalle and Corridonia in the distance.

- The pool has a depth descending to 1.40 meters and a shallow part for children of only 50 cm deep
