This 18th-century monastery has been renovated with a refined eye for detail and transformed into an extraordinary holiday home with an eclectic and artistic style. The property has retained its historic charm with its rough stone walls and old oak beams and has been complemented by an impressive collection of modern art and designer furniture. In every corner of the house, you will find an eye-catching object, each with a unique story.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious (40m2) fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and two spacious adjacent bedrooms . The highlight downstairs is the attractive living room connecting to an indoor swimming pool. The ground and first floors are connected by a remarkable mezzanine with an elegant office from which you can admire the sparkling waters of the pool. Upstairs there are two elegant suites, each with a double bed and private bathroom.

Outside in the lush gardens, you can enjoy the views of the surrounding landscape from the outdoor kitchen, where it is wonderful to prepare breakfast or lunch. Adjacent to the kitchen is a covered dining area and sun terrace with lounge chairs for a me-moment with a fascinating book. The outdoor saltwater pool with sun beds is located between the olive trees and invites you for a refreshing dip on hot summer days.

In the Castelli-di-Jesi area, you can visit local markets in the picturesque villages of Cingoli and Cupramontana, walk through the hills, taste the famous Verdicchio wines and if you miss the beach, the Riviera del Conero on the Adriatic coast is just a little hour away.

Villa Mundi is a holiday home completely privately located in the hills and surrounded by lush gardens with a saltwater swimming pool. With striking interiors with art and design pieces, this is a luxurious getaway for couples or families looking for an unusual holiday spot.

Layout Villa Mundi | 280m2 | 6+2 guests

  • A fully equipped kitchen (40 m2) complete with all modern amenities including an oven, steam oven, gas stove, side-by-side fridge, freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, and kettle. Adjacent is a cozy dining table and French doors provide direct access to the shady outdoor dining area.
  • A beautiful living room with a lounge area connected to an indoor swimming pool
  • On a uniquely built mezzanine floor, you will find an elegant office space with a library
  • On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 200cm) and an adjoining bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160cm x 200cm). These bedrooms are connected: the bathroom (ensuite to the room with the double bed) can only be accessed through the room with the two single beds.
  • There are two luxury suites on the first floor. The suites each have a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink & WC. The acces of one of the suites of the first floor requires a passing through one of the ground floors bedroom.

Within the beautiful gardens you will find:

  • A covered terrace with a dining table for 8 people
  • An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and panoramic views
  • A sun terrace with comfortable lounge chairs
