Villa Nautilus is built on a large 2500m2 site and offers stunning sea views. The house is situated in the middle of a village, yet is totally secluded, thus guaranteeing absolute privacy.
The layout of Villa Nautilus (165m2)
The one-story villa has a large, bright open living with comfortable lounge area and patio doors to a terrace at one side of the house. At the other side, you will find a stylish kitchen with a cooking island, complete with oven, electric hob, a sink, and a dishwasher. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer and a dining table with six chairs. French doors open onto a large covered terrace next to the pool with a long dining table.
At the back of the living room, a short staircase brings you to a corridor that leads to the bedrooms of the villa. The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a sink. French doors provide access to a covered terrace.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. The third, master bedroom features a double bed with on either side attractive built-in wardrobes. The room has a large window with fabulous views of the pool and direct access to a patio. Hinged double doors open to reveal the ensuite bathroom complete with hot tub. A sliding glass door gives access to an outdoor shower, fully enclosed but roofless, allowing to admire the starry sky in the evening!
An extra bed can be added in all bedrooms.
Outside:
Outside is the L-shaped pool of 23x9m which covers the length of the villa in the front. The first part of the pool is very shallow making it perfect for small children to play. Children will as well enjoy the trampoline and the lawn to play and run.
Beyond the pool, stairs lead up to a terrace with a table, a BBQ, and comfortable sofas. A few steps further up, is a viewing platform to enjoy panoramic sea views and marvelous sunsets. More relaxing vistas offers the hot tub – in a totally secluded position- built into a raised wooden deck at the side of the house.
