Villa Neptune is quietly situated in a pristine bay near the beach of Keramoti and just over a few kilometers from the charming village of Livadia. The villa is secluded, but that is also its charm, ideal for families and friends who want to leave behind the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The villa has an open plan living with a comfortable sofa and two large patio doors that offer stunning views of the pool. On the other side of the living room is the oak kitchen with a cooking island and a freestanding fridge. Modern equipment includes a cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Between the kitchen and the seating area is a dining table for eight people. At the back of the living room brings a short staircase you to a corridor leading to a bedroom with a double bed and patio doors with unsurpassed views of the sea. The room also has an ensuite Jacuzzi-bathroom with sink and toilet.

The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. One double bedroom has an ensuite Jacuzzi- bathroom with a large glass window that offers stunning views of the rocks and the rugged landscape. The other bedroom has two single beds, a private veranda, and a small garden. This bedroom communicates with a separate bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

All beds in the villa have beautiful bedding while the bathrooms are equipped with luxurious toiletries. The house is also equipped with WIFI internet, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, a docking station plus air conditioning.

Outside:

On the sea side of the villa is a spectacular L-shaped infinity pool (19x6 m). It is lined with sky- blue mosaic tiles, and partially covered by a pergola. The poolside terrace has a shaded area with a dining table and various sun loungers. The showpiece of Villa Neptune is undoubtedly the outdoor hot tub, entirely built into a wooden deck that seems to float above the water. Picture-perfect!
