After a delicious breakfast, you have time to enjoy the top facilities of this villa. Reservations are considered valid after receiving a pre-payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The outstanding balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. No refund will take place in case of cancellation. We therefore strongly recommend a travel insurance.
The owners request a security deposit of €400, to be paid in cash on location. If you leave the house well and no damage has been detected, the owners will refund the deposit.

Villa Neptune is quietly situated in a pristine bay near the beach of Keramoti and just over a few kilometers from the charming village of Livadia. The villa is secluded, but that is also its charm, ideal for families and friends who want to leave behind the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Layout of Villa Neptune (165m2)
The villa has an open plan living with a comfortable sofa and two large patio doors that offer stunning views of the pool. On the other side of the living room is the oak kitchen with a cooking island and a freestanding fridge. Modern equipment includes a cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Between the kitchen and the seating area is a dining table for eight people. At the back of the living room brings a short staircase you to a corridor leading to a bedroom with a double bed and patio doors with unsurpassed views of the sea. The room also has an ensuite Jacuzzi-bathroom with sink and toilet.
The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. One double bedroom has an ensuite Jacuzzi- bathroom with a large glass window that offers stunning views of the rocks and the rugged landscape. The other bedroom has two single beds, a private veranda, and a small garden. This bedroom communicates with a separate bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
All beds in the villa have beautiful bedding while the bathrooms are equipped with luxurious toiletries. The house is also equipped with WIFI internet, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, a docking station plus air conditioning.
Outside:
On the sea side of the villa is a spectacular L-shaped infinity pool (19x6 m). It is lined with sky- blue mosaic tiles, and partially covered by a pergola. The poolside terrace has a shaded area with a dining table and various sun loungers. The showpiece of Villa Neptune is undoubtedly the outdoor hot tub, entirely built into a wooden deck that seems to float above the water. Picture-perfect!

Location
Villa Neptune is an elegant luxury villa with modern design located a few kilometers away from the charming traditional village of Livadia, and a short distance from the beach accessible via a footpath that runs beneath the house.
The village of Livadia is set on the edge of the European hiking trail E4 - a route of exceptional natural beauty where you can enjoy the spectacular rugged coastline of Crete.
In the village, buying food is still done the traditional way, a fantastic experience. You can buy fish in the tiny harbor, but there are also some small local taverns. There is a mini market in the village of Chrisoskalitissa (13km) and larger supermarkets in the town of Kissamos (30km).
Although the area around Elafonisi is best known for the gold pink beach (17km) with turquoise waters, there is much more to experience.
To Do:
- The historic old port town of Chania with its Venetian harbor is about an hour away. It is known for its long history and the different civilizations that have left their mark on this place.
- Drive to the picturesque north coast and visit the medieval archaeological village of Maroulas and the nearby small harbor town of Rethymno.
- Bike or walk in an untouched landscape where the locals still embrace their ancestral traditions.
- Make a boat trip in search of the most fantastic beaches in Greece: Balos and Elafonisi. The latter is also an ideal spot for diving and snorkeling. Snorkel sets can be rented via the villa.
- Be part of daily island life and go early morning fishing with the locals.
You fly at Chania Airport (Crete, ~ 1,5h drive), located 85 km from the villa.
The way to Villa Neptune includes its narrow and sometimes adventurous roads. A reliable car will ensure you can explore every beautiful corner with ease!
