It’s the perfect layout for two groups or families to enjoy a holiday together, with each floor of the villa fully-equipped with living and cooking spaces, as well as double bedrooms and bathrooms. Guests can have their independence on their own floors, connected by an external staircase, and also soak in the fantastic outdoor spaces together.
The unobstructed vistas are the highlight of this property, and you can enjoy the soft sea breeze and the sounds of rustling trees while relaxing in the outdoor areas. Pick from taking a swim in one of the two infinity pools, lounging on the grass in the garden, or tucking into a delicious meal on the verandah. If you’d prefer to stay indoors while gazing at the horizon, there is also a private terrace on the top floor for the villa.
On a clear day, the view extends all the way until the island of Portopalo and the sparkling blue waters around it. Layout Villa Netos (170 m2)
- The house has a contemporary Italian design, with modern architectural elements.
- It has two floors that have almost a similar layout, with a living room, fully stocked kitchen and two bedrooms each.
- In the kitchens, you’ll find an oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
- There are two double bedrooms on each floor, each with their own bathrooms. There are two additional guest bathrooms in the house.
- An external staircase connects the two floors, so guests have independent access to their residence.
Outside (2500 m2)
- The verandah outside is a sheltered space with couches and an 8-seater dining table.
- Guests can also relax in the large garden attached to the house, shaded by trees and shrubs.
- There are two infinity pools, the larger one on the ground floor (60 sq m) and the slightly smaller one on the first floor (25 sq m), along with sunbeds.
- Parking spaces are available on site.
