The spacious, bright villa is located entirely on the first floor. Because of the many windows, there is a lot of light coming in and it almost feels like you are always outside. There are three bedrooms in total, each overlooking the garden and with doors that open to the terrace. There are two bedrooms with double beds, and one of them also has a single bed. These rooms both have spacious bathrooms en suite, with a toilet, bidet, sink and walk-in shower. In addition, there is a spacious bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom.
The villa has a bright living and dining area, with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and a nice dining table for six. Further on you will find the modern, well-equipped kitchen which includes: a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, gas stove, toaster and kitchen utensils.
The outdoor areas of Villa Nica are very impressive: the house is surrounded by a garden of 2000 m², with palm trees, beautiful natural stones and several luxurious lounge areas. There is also a dining table and a very spacious outdoor kitchen and barbecue, where you can prepare a meal in the company of your guests. The 12-meter long saltwater pool is the center of the garden and you will probably spend a lot of time here. If you prefer to swim in the clear blue sea, the beach of San Lorenzo is only 300 meters away. But also the rest of Sicily is worth a visit.
