The villa is newly build property of Swedish owners that used to live in Italy. The spacious house sleeps up to 16 adults and 4 children in the main house and dependence. It is surrounded by green lawns and lots of roses and breathtaking views over the lake and the Italian countryside. Villa Nova is beautifully decorated with has a casual & modern Italian, Scandinavian and Ethnic chic style. There are two big, cosy lounge areas with fireplace, perfect for gathering with friends and family. The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The main house has 4 bedrooms and a studio on lower floor and a large open kitchen/living on the top floor. The connecting dependance (same building but no connecting door) has 3 bedrooms on the lower floor and an open living/lounge kitchen on the top floor. Outside the property benefits from several pergolas, patios and roofed dining areas.
