The Main Villa spans three levels and is arranged across two interconnected buildings, combining elegant architecture with panoramic views of the deep blue coastline.

Living Spaces

• On the entrance level, the heart of the home features a bright, open-plan living area with a fireplace, generous seating, and large openings that frame the breathtaking, unobstructed sea view. 
• The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an espresso machine, oven, refrigerator, cooker, and dishwasher, making it ideal for relaxed cooking or private-chef experiences.
• Beneath the living room, the villa reveals a spacious 60 m² playroom with table tennis and foosball—a fun and welcoming space that also serves as the internal lower-level connection between all three buildings.

 Bedrooms

 The dedicated bedrooms building offers three serene hotel-style bedrooms, each located on its own level for supreme comfort and privacy:

• Upper Level: A refined double bedroom with Coco-Mat mattress, an ensuite bathroom with shower, walk-in wardrobe, work area, and a private balcony overlooking the sea.
• Ground floor / Entrance level: A tranquil double bedroom with Coco-Mat mattress, ensuite bathroom with shower, a work area, and direct access to a private terrace with sea view.
• Lower Level: A flexible twin/double bedroom with Coco-Mat mattresses and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Guest Villa | Sleeps 2

The Guest Villa can function as a fully independent residence for guests seeking additional privacy while still enjoying full access to the Main villa.

•  The entrance level includes a cozy living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a WC, and an outdoor terrace shaded by a pergola.
• A staircase leads to the lower level, where you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a Coco-Mat double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a quiet work area. The bedroom offers an amazing, unobstructed sea view and direct access to the pool terrace, creating a seamless connection to the outdoors and a truly relaxing atmosphere.

Outside:

• There is outdoor furniture on the several, stunning terraces of the villa, and by the beautiful infinity pool (open from April to October) there are sun loungers and parasols and an outdoor shower.
• The property is fully fenced and has private parking.
