Behind the traditional Greek façade are predominantly white interior spaces with a modern and minimalist decor, where natural colours create a soothing atmosphere. Comfort is the key word here! High-tech elements and high-quality materials ensure optimal comfort and a feeling of understated luxury. The ultimate highlight of Villa Nupadi is surely the breathtaking, onubstructed view! From every room you can enjoy a fantastic panorama of the sea. On the spacious terraces and in the private infinity pool you can spend hours on end. The villa consists of two buildings, the main house for 6 people and a separate apartment for 2. Both are fully equipped with a spacious living room, modern kitchen and hotel-style bedrooms with luxurious ensuite bathrooms. Air conditioning ensures a good night's sleep in the summer months.

Villa Nupadi is a beautiful villa situated in an equally beautiful location with unobstructed sea views. The villa is finished with high quality materials in light and natural colours. Its private location and serene atmosphere make it an ideal place to unwind surrounded by luxury and comfort. The villa is divided into two buildings (each with its own entrance), the main house and a flat.

Main villa | 6 people

  • The main building is divided over 3 floors. Downstairs you will find an open living area consisting of a sitting area with a fireplace, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with an espresso machine, oven, refrigerator, cooker and a dishwasher.
  • On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed with Coco-mat mattress, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a work area and a private terrace.
  • One floor above the living room is the second bedroom with a double bed with Coco-mat mattress, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a walk-in wardrobe, a work area and a private balcony.
  • On the lower level is the third bedroom with a double/twin bed with COCO-MAT mattress and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Apartment | 2 persons

  • The flat has a living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, toilet and an outdoor terrace with a pergola.
  • Via a staircase you reach the ground floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed equipped with Coco-mat mattress, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a work area.

Outside:

  • There is outdoor furniture on the several, stunning terraces of the villa, and by the beautiful infinity pool (open from April to October) there are sun loungers and parasols and an outdoor shower.
  • The property is fully fenced and has private parking.
