Furthermore, the house has an inviting open plan living, where an old fireplace and wooden beams are harmoniously combined with contemporary furniture and design lamps. In the room, you will find a modern kitchen and large open doors to the covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue. Next to the house is the heated swimming pool with a sun terrace. The swimming pool, as well as the covered terrace, can be closed, so safe for children!
Start your day with a walk to the village for an errand, enjoy an al-fresco lunch in the shade and rest on the sun loungers while the children play in the water. Villa Olivia stands on a completely enclosed property and consists of the main house and a small outbuilding that together can accommodate 8 people.
In the main building you will find:
- Three double bedrooms (one room has a separate entrance), each with its own bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
- An open plan living with a fully equipped open kitchen, a round dining table, and a lounge area with a sofa, fireplace, and, a large television. The kitchen is spacious and has two islands and includes an oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave, hob, dishwasher, and toaster.
- A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
- The annex has a double bed and a private bathroom, ideal for those who want a little more privacy.
Furthermore, the house is equipped with wifi internet and air conditioning which you can use as a heater during the winter.
Outside:
- Heated swimming pool (9x4.75m) that can be completely closed. Next to the pool is a sun terrace with 8 sun loungers
- Covered panoramic terrace (adjacent to the living room) with two dining tables and a BBQ. This terrace is lockable!
