Villa Olivo can be rented together with Villa Oliveto which is located on the same estate (Oliveto Estate). Together the villas can accommodate up to 22 people. Each villa has its own private area and swimming pool. The villas' gardens are interconnected and they share the yoga studio.

Layout Villa Olivo (600m2):

Ground floor:

• Open plan living/dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows. The lounge area has two large sofas, two chairs, and a fireplace. The dining room has a long dining table for 12 people and sliding doors give access to the terrace with an outdoor kitchen.
• The dining room leads into the kitchen which is equipped with a large kitchen island with a few bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, double fridge freezer, double sink, storage space, large gas stove, ice machine, wine cooler, Nespresso machine, and a water machine (with mineral water and sparkling water)
• Separate toilet
• TV room/family room with a spacious sofa and Smart television with Netflix and Prime Video. The room is equipped with a built-in BOSE speaker system with Bluetooth.
• State-of-the-art gym (with sliding doors to a wooden deck outside) with modern Technogym equipment (including a treadmill, bicycle, and combo fitness equipment) exercise balls, and yoga mats.

First floor:

• 3 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and private terrace.
• 2 of the bedrooms have access to a large terrace that can be covered and is equipped with a lounge sofa.
• All bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, fine Italian textiles, Egyptian cotton sheets, handcrafted furniture, memory foam mattresses, a pillow menu, and a TV. In 2 bedrooms, the beds can be made up as twin beds.
• Also on this floor, you will find the second lounge/TV room with a sofa, 2 armchairs, Smart television with Netflix and Prime Video, and a built-in BOSE speaker system with Bluetooth.

Second floor:

• 3 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom and private terrace or balcony.

Basement:

• In the basement, you will find a fully-appointed private Spa that is equipped with a 6-person hot tub, steam bath, spacious Swedish sauna, and sensory shower with scented water and mood lighting.
• In the basement, you will also find an extra toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Furthermore, the villa has a separate yoga studio for practicing yoga, pilates, or dance.

Outside:
In the perfectly maintained gardens, you will find the following facilities:

• An infinity pool (12 x 6 m) with an outdoor shower and a wooden sun deck with 12 luxurious sun loungers. A pergola provides shade. The pool is heated from May to November. The swimming pool is not fenced.
• A terrace with the outdoor kitchen (next to the dining room on the ground floor) including a large gas BBQ, pizza oven, sink plus a dining table.
• Wooden lounge deck with bean bags, a built-in lounge sofa, and a fire pit.

The whole villa has air conditioning, heating, and wi-fi internet.

Facilities and services:
You will be welcomed with a welcome pack including a bottle of Prosecco, tea, coffee, mineral water, sparkling water plus a mini kit of Davines toiletries. The following services can be arranged for you on request and against payment:

• Exclusive white-glove service consisting of a daily continental breakfast (served and cleaned), daily morning housekeeping (3 hours) of the common areas, change of bed linen and towels (twice a week), daily towel change in the Spa, gym, and pool, weekly fresh flowers, and a selection of high-quality magazines.

The estate grows its own fruit and vegetables and makes olive oil; so a perfect place for going on an adventure. And finally, there is a tennis court, a ping-pong table, and a table football table.
