Villa on the Cliff is a two-story villa that stands at the waterside with stunning views over the sea and the town of Cefalù. The house can accommodate 8 people (maximum 10 by adding 2 beds in the living room).

Ground floor:

• Downstairs is a spacious living room with an eye-catching tile floor and furnished with a fireplace and a large sofa.
• The living opens onto a large sun terrace where you can enjoy both the sea views and the fresh sea air.
• The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee and tea making facilities.
• On this floor, you will also find a laundry room and an extra guest bathroom.

First floor:

• There are four double bedrooms with a private bathroom.
• All bathrooms are equipped with a sink, toilet, and a shower, except one bathroom which is fitted with a bath (and is slightly larger than the other bathrooms)
• All bedrooms have access to a beautiful covered balcony.

The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Outside:

• Large sun terrace (accessible from the living room) with sun loungers plus a spacious, comfortable sofa and a large dining table with 8 chairs.
• The villa has private access from the terrace to a beach with pebbles and rocks.
