The villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the top floor of the villa is an inviting open living with comfortable sofas, a notable wooden coffee table, and a dining table with chairs. The modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The large panoramic windows give access to the spacious and furnished terrace as well as to the slightly lower positioned wooden deck with the hot tub for max. 4 people.

In a short hallway on the top floor are two luxurious design bedrooms. The master bedroom has wonderful sea views and is equipped with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The second comfortable bedroom with garden view has two single beds. In addition, there is a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

An internal staircase leads to the lower floor of the house with access to the garden and pool. Here are another two spacious designer bedrooms, both with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a hot tub and a toilet; the second features a shower and a toilet.

Outside:

On the lower floor in the lush garden is the L-shaped pool (14x7m and max. 2 m deep) with modern lounge chairs as well as a rustic dining table for eight people and a barbecue.
