• On the ground floor, the communal spaces take up one section of the house that opens up to the patio.
• This floor has an open layout, with all the spaces effortlessly spilling into each other.
• Right by the patio doors, you will find the 12-seater dining table and the kitchen.
• The spacious kitchen has an island and modern amenities including a fridge and freezer, oven, ice maker, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, stove, blender, kettle, and a dishwasher. You will also find basic ingredients like spices as well as dishware and cutlery.
• A little further in, the lounge area has a television and stereo system, as well as a modern fireplace.
• There is also a billiards table and a corner bar on this floor.
• The house has six bedrooms in all, with three on the ground floor and three on the first floor. One of the bedrooms on the top floor has a private balcony.
• There are three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm x 200 cm), one with a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm), one with a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm), and two single beds (80 cm x 190 cm) and one with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm).
• All bedrooms have their own bathroom, with the exception of the bedroom with two single beds. One bathroom has a bath, while the others have a shower. The master bedroom has a shower and a free-standing bath.
• There is one guest toilet.

Outside (4500 m2)

• Within the fully-fenced grounds, you’ll find a well-manicured garden and lawn and an orchard.
• The pool (4x14 m / 0.9-1.4 m depth) is located on the lower ground level and can be heated (against a fee). You’ll find sun loungers and umbrellas around it for comfort on especially hot days. The pool is open from May to October.
• A few steps up from the pool is a covered patio with a dining table for 14 people and a barbeque.
• There are parking spots on site, as well as a children's playground, trampoline, table tennis, and chess.
