The estate and the surroundings of Villa Rivo offer plenty of options for special experiences and is an ideal destination for cyclists, hikers, yogis and cooking and eating enthusiasts.
The villa was designed by Canadian architects James Macgillivray & Vivian Lee (LAMAS) and the interior combines Italian craftsmanship and the owners' love of Asian art and design. The white walls give the villa a spacious feel and ensure that the artworks steal the show. A unique feature is the 45 m² yoga studio that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people and opens onto a large terrace with panoramic views of the rolling hills. Yoga lessons can be organised in cooperation with the owners of Villa Rivo. In the centre of the villa you will find the spacious living room with a cosy wood-burning stove and the semi-professional kitchen, which you can have filled with fresh and local products on request. You can also choose to have a private chef take care of dinner, while the guests enjoy an aperitif in the garden.
The 4 comfortable and hotel-worthy bedrooms each have indoor and outdoor lounge areas and spacious ensuite bathrooms with both a rain shower and bathtub. Two bedrooms also have an extra sofa bed, making a total of 10 people possible. The beds are all equipped with comfortable mattresses, high quality linen and various pillows.
Around Villa Rivo you will find various seating areas, such as the terrace with the long dining table and barbecue, the sunny terrace next to the yoga studio or the sunbeds around the 15-metre pool. It is also the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. For example, you are only 20 minutes away from the Adriatic Sea and within walking distance from the idyllic medieval village of Montottone.

Beautiful villa for 10 persons close to the beach in Italy
Villa Rivo:
The owners renovated the old farmhouse into a holiday home for themselves and later converted the barn, stables and horse stable of the farm into Villa Rivo, as a place to receive people from all over the world and offer them unique experiences in one of the most charming and undiscovered regions of Italy. It is important to note that the owners are not usually in the neighbouring house during the summer months and the swimming pool is always reserved for guests who book Villa Rivo.

Ground floor:
- Light, open living room with generous seating area, smart TV, wood-burning stove and adjacent long dining table for 10 people.
- Spacious, semi-professional kitchen with central cooking island and bar, where guests can sit while others are busy in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with: coffee and tea maker, gas cooker & induction hob, traditional oven, steam oven, microwave, yoghurt maker, toaster, Kitchenaid food processor, spiralizer, rice cooker, slow cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and other cooking utensils.
- Separate toilet.
- 2 bedrooms, with indoor and outdoor lounge area and large en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
First Floor:
- Yoga studio on the first floor with an outdoor terrace. The room has Manduka Pro yoga mats and all kinds of props.
- 2 bedrooms, with indoor and outdoor lounge area and large en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
- All the beds can be configured into double beds or twin beds and 2 rooms are also available as triple rooms because of the 2 extra sofabeds.

- Equipped laundry room, with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
Outdoors:

- On the North side of the house is a private terrace with a dining table for up to 12 people and a large gas barbecue and a pizza oven. Here you have a beautiful view of the rolling hills.
- Further on you will find a fine lounge set.
- Each bedroom has a balcony and the yoga studio opens onto a large terrace with several lounge areas.
- Beyond the owners' house you will find the saltwater swimming pool of 15 x 4 metres and a maximum depth of 1.70 metres. There is also a 0,5 metre deep section for children and an outdoor shower.
- Around the pool is a terrace with comfortable sunbeds and parasols.
- There is a garage with 8 Trek Touring + hybrid bikes that you can use.
- There are several parking spaces on the property.
