Villa Rosa is located in the heart of the Valencian countryside, just outside the laid-back village of Bocairent. The beautiful, fully equipped holiday villa is perfect for a comfortable get-together with family/friends, and has been fully renovated and tastefully decorated (indeed, the owner’s love of art is clearly evident) with precisely this in mind.
With four bedrooms, four bathrooms scattered throughout the house, Villa Rosa is suitable for 8 adults and 2 children. There is a cottage in the garden offering extra place to two adults and 1-3 children.
The spacious open plan kitchen/living room is the true hub of the house, where guests can come together to cook, dine and relax by the wood burning stove. Large sliding doors promote seamless indoor/outdoor living, whilst the pretty (covered) terrace overlooking the historic village is furnished with comfortable chairs for a relaxed drink in the evening sun, or a quiet morning read.
Luxurious facilities guarantee a thoroughly comfortable stay: Spotify, multiple TVs, underfloor heating, pool heating (by solar panels) for the large swimming pool, wood burning stove, quality espresso machine and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The garden is planted with olive, walnut, fig and plum trees, boasts several secluded terraces, and is furnished with hammocks, sun beds and lounge sofas around the pool. There’s also an outdoor kitchen (gas) and a selection of large and small tables under the shade, which are ideal for al-fresco dining.

Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
The owners of Villa Rosa ask for a deposit. Euro 1,000.-. For this amount you will receive a payment request from Nice2stay two weeks before the start of your stay. We will refund this no later than 14 days after departure if no damage has been found.

Villa Rosa is located near the beautiful historic town of Bocairent. Here you can find plenty of (tapas) restaurants and other grocery stores, cafes, and even some family-friendly activities. Guests enjoy Villa Rosa due to the fantastic views of the village and monastery, the location near a nature reserve, the friendly people, the atmosphere and outer space. Go hiking, cycling and enjoy the peace and nature. Villa Rosa is accessible from airport Alicante and Valencia, both driving distance in an hour. The nearest beach is about 45 minutes (Gandia) and also the most beautiful golf courses are within about one hour drive away.
