Villa San Valentino is a beautifully renovated holiday home, fully equipped for people who want to enjoy a carefree holiday - completely private and surrounded by the beautiful nature of Le Marche.  With the 6 bedrooms and the separate guest house, this property can accommodate 14 people. Outside the summer months of July and August, it is possible to rent the house for 6 people or less, for which you will pay a lower price. The villa has good Wifi connection and has both underfloor cooling for the summer months, and underfloor heating for the colder months. 

Ground floor:

• Spacious entrance hall.
• Bedroom with comfortable double bed, French doors to the garden and a separate bathroom with spacious shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. This bedroom and bathroom are fully wheelchair accessible.
• Dining room with a dining table for 12 and a cosy sitting area by the fireplace. 
• Adjacent is the spacious and very well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has: American fridge and freezer, wine cooler, built-in pizza oven, double dishwasher, gas cooker, espresso machine (Nespresso), kettle, oven, microwave, toaster and further cooking utensils. 
• Spacious living room with a comfortable corner sofa for the whole group, a reading table, a fireplace and a 70 inch smart TV with streaming function and Ziggo Go (with Dutch channels).

First floor:

• 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds.
• 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (2 x 90x200 cm).  
• 1 bathroom, equipped with a spacious shower, double washbasin, toilet and bidet.
• 1 bathroom with jacuzzi, washbasin toilet and bidet. 

Second floor:

• Bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom in 'the tower' of the villa. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. 

Basement:

• In the basement of the villa the very spacious laundry room and the additional bathroom with with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet are accessible to guests. 

Outside:

Villa San Valentino has a fenced and very green garden and inviting outdoor spaces. An electric gate leads to the asphalted private road that leads to the gate of the villa. There is enough space in the garden for the whole party to laze in the sun, swim, read a book in peace or enjoy an aperitif on the covered terrace. The children can go on an adventure in the large garden and play ping-pong or swing. 

• Comfortable and spacious covered terrace (60 m²) with a 4-metre long dining table and two lounge sets. 
• Elongated swimming pool (12 x 5.5 metres, heated via heat pump) with a depth of 1.40 metres. Around the pool are 14 sunbeds with parasols.
• Next to the pool is an independent guest house. Here you will find a comfortable double suite with a bathroom, equipped with a spacious shower, sink and toilet and a modern kitchen. The guest house has air conditioning and a private covered terrace
• Covered outdoor kitchen with large gas-bbq

• Several parking spaces, of which 4 are covered.
