Villa Sao Martinho is a villa near the beach in Portugal. You walk from the villa in 15 minutes down through the dunes to the Atlantic Ocean and by car it takes you 10 minutes to a beautiful bay with facilities. The villa is simply furnished, less is more. It is a fine home base for exploring the area. The Dutch owner is a designer and artist and here and there in her house you can admire art.

Ground floor:

• Living room with leather sofas by a wood stove and 'picture window' with views of pine trees, the valley and the mountains
• Open kitchen with cooking island, you can for example in 3 ways make coffee including Nespresso, there are also fine cookbooks. The kitchen area has beautiful marble countertops and a beautiful birch-wood cupboard. Through the large sliding doors you enter the outdoor kitchen on the terrace.

• Two spacious bedrooms with good beds and also a roof terrace with beautiful views.
• Master bedroom with 2 boxspring beds (together 180 cm) wide with a good mosquito net.
• Through large sliding doors to a roof terrace with two relax chairs and a seat. Fantastic place with beautiful views.
• Bedroom 2 has a double bed 160 cm wide with Emma mattress and also jne mosquito net.

Outside:

• Around the house are several sitting areas, in the shade or in the sun. From every spot you have a view on the lush garden full of cactuses, palm trees, pine trees and flowers and the valley in the distance.
• In front of the house is a fixed marble dining table with bench, a nice place for a cup of coffee or breakfast.
• Sitting areas with chairs all in Mediterranean style with cacti
• Large terrace with dining table, parasol, Weber BBQ, wood stove
