Recently renovated holiday home in Tuscany full of charm

La Sgargia is an attractive villa with stunning pieces of art, sleek design lighting, and marvelous details. Thanks to the impressive dining table, comfortable lounge area and large pool, the villa grants a spacious feel for six people in complete luxury. The house is a fantastic getaway for families with children, but couples will love it here as well.

Ground floor

  • "Varenna" kitchen with Corian countertop; fully equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, wine cooler, ample workspace and a basement for optimal wine storage.
  • Complete laundry room with washing machine, ironing facilities, and cleaning supplies
  • Separate toilet

Upper floor

Upstairs are three bedrooms:

  • A large bedroom with four-poster bed, private bathroom with large concrete shower and a walk-in closed smartly hidden behind the bed.
  • The second bedroom with two vintage wrought iron single beds and a small closet is illuminated by two reader floor lamps of the brand Zuiver.
  • The third (double) bedroom has a four-poster bed, a vintage chair with braided nautical cord, rustic log nightstands and a walk-in closet behind the bed.
  • Bathroom with a large (dark grey) concrete shower

There is no air conditioning, but the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The light gray concrete floors blend perfectly with the vintage doors in natural wood and the whitish ceilings finished with wooden beams. The large iron windows make the house bright and friendly and give stunning panoramas of the surrounding countryside.

Outside
Outside in the garden, in the shade of a jasmine pergola, you can relax in a comfortable lounge area decorated with pillows. Within a few steps, you reach the private swimming pool (6 x 12m) surrounded by grass and two shade canopies with plenty of sun loungers. From your chair, you have a stunning view of the neighboring vineyards. The entire house is fenced and allows children to play freely.

The Weber barbecue allows preparing exquisite summer dishes that you can savor on the attractive terrace. Here you can dine with the whole family at a large table (for ten people) made of iron and wood with benches, chairs and a tarp shade canopy, all designed by the owner.

If the owners are present, they do not use the swimming pool, but you can always contact them for recommendations!
