• The villa has four en-suite bedrooms, one of which is located in a separate building ("casita") and is accessible via a private entrance from the terrace.
• All bedrooms have spacious beds (180x200cm), and in the two largest bedrooms, the bed can also be twinned.
• All bedrooms have access to a private terrace through large patio doors.
• The bathrooms have a Grohe rain shower (plus hand shower), a sink, and two have a toilet in the bathroom.

• The pool has a playful round shape, a built-in bench in a sunny spot in the water, and an outdoor shower
• The third terrace is covered and equipped with lounge chairs

• Villa Silencio is an ideal destination all year round with a heated pool in spring and autumn, air conditioning in summer, and a fireplace in the living room for winter evenings.
• Due to the terraces and stairs around the house, the house is less suitable for small children (1-8 years).
