On request, the house manager Tina can provide you with extra services such as cooking service with typical Sicilian dishes, extra cleaning (surcharge of € 150), extra change of bed linen and towels (surcharge of € 80). You can arrange and pay for these services with her on site.
At reservation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total amount must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of a cancellation within the period of 6 weeks, no refund will be made. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit of 500 Euro, this amount must be transferred to Nice2stay together with the (remaining) payment of the rent. If you leave the house in good condition and no damage has been found, Nice2stay will refund the deposit within 14 days after departure from the house.

Villa Talè Kà is located in the south-east of Sicily, just a 5-minute drive from the center of Noto. Noto is a beautiful baroque city with alluring architecture, inviting (shopping) streets, and charming squares. But the city also has excellent restaurants.
The larger town of Avola is also less than 10 minutes' drive away; here you can go for all your daily amenities.
