Fine surroundings. Nice and quiet, but within 2.5 km you are in the lively hustle and bustle of Noto.

Villa Talè Kà is a newly built 4-bedroom design villa, set on a 3-hectare plot with stunning views of the sea and olive groves.

Layout Villa Talè Kà (8-10 persons):

  • 4 large bedrooms, three with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. 2 separate sofa beds (both 1.20m wide) can be placed as extra beds in the bedrooms.
  • 3 luxurious bathrooms with rain shower.
  • A spacious open plan living with a lounge area and kitchen. The lounge area has a modern sofa and sliding doors open to the outdoor lounge with a comfortable corner sofa.
  • A long wooden dining table for 10 people is attached to the kitchen island.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a Dolce Gusto espresso machine and with the latest SMEG appliances including an induction hob, dishwasher, steam- and microwave oven, Side by Side refrigerator, warming drawer for plates.

For entertainment, you will find a large flat-screen television with Netflix function and of course, air conditioning and WiFi internet are available in the house.

Outside

  • Outdoor lounge (with pergola) with a beautiful L-lounge sofa and a built-in barbecue
  • More than 150m2 of outside terraces of which one covered terrace next to the kitchen with a large dining table
  • A swimming pool (14x 3.5m) with unique lightning sun loungers. The pool can be heated on request and for an extra fee. 
  • Giant outdoor chess set

The house manager Tina can help you with questions and can provide you with extra services on request such as cooking service with typical Sicilian dishes or extra cleaning. For the extra services you can pay on location.
