The living and sleeping areas are complemented by Art Nouveau style furniture, design pieces from B&B Italia and Floss, and some antique pieces.
In addition to a spacious living room, you have access to a large kitchen and a total of four bedrooms - for 10 people - one of which is in a newly built loft with an extra sofa bed and private balcony! Villa Tinella is perfectly equipped for children with toys, extra beds, and plenty of space outside to play. In the garden, you will also find many beautiful areas in the sun and shade: two dining tables where you can enjoy a BBQ dinner together, a hammock for a siesta, lounge chairs for an Italian 'aperitivo', and an infinity saltwater swimming pool with the most breathtaking views of the patchwork of vineyards under you.

Wonderful stay for 8-10p with private pool in northern Italy
Villa Tinella is an alluring country house situated in a panoramic location in the middle of the vineyards. The house is spread over two floors (with a new outbuilding) and can accommodate 10 people in four large bedrooms. The house is well-equipped for children and together with the infinity pool and beautiful garden ideal for families to enjoy outdoor live.
Layout Villa Tinella | 330m2 | 10 people
- Living room with sofas, a fireplace, and television with a.o. Netflix function
- Large kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, and kettle. The kitchen has a wood stove and you have direct access to the garden.
- There are four large bedrooms:
- The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a double bed (180x200cm), a desk, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower
- The second bedroom is a loft with a double sofa bed on the ground floor and a double bed (160x200cm) on the 'attic floor'. The room has large panoramic windows, a sitting area, and a private balcony
- In addition to a double bed (180x200cm), the third bathroom also has a toddler bed (max. 1.15m)
- The fourth bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm)
- Apart from the en-suite bathroom (of the master bedroom), there are two more bathrooms, both with a shower
- Utility room with washing machine and dryer
- Storage & cellar
Outside (1600m2):
- The property is completely fenced and private and has 3-4 parking spaces.
- At the front (vineyard side) of the house is an infinity saltwater swimming pool (10x4 meters / 1.50 deep) with a sundeck, sun loungers, a lounge bed, and a covered lounge corner. The swimming pool is open from May to October.
- Next to the pool is a pergola with a dining table and Kamado BBQ ('the Bastard') and a free-standing hammock
- In the courtyard (at the back of the house) you will find a rose and herb garden, a dining table, and a gas barbecue (Weber). Here you will find an outside staircase to the roof terrace with seating areas.
- Four bicycles are available.
