Villa Tinella is a charming country house situated in a stunning location, surrounded by vineyards. The house is spread over two floors (with a new extension) and sleeps 12 people in five large bedrooms. The house is well-equipped for children and, together with the infinity pool and beautiful garden, is ideal for families to enjoy the outdoors.

- A large open-plan kitchen/dining and living is divided into three sections and offers views over the UNESCO-awarded vineyards:
- Lounge area with a sofa, armchairs, and a Samsung Frame TV with Netflix functionality. At the rear of the living area is an additional toilet and laundry room with a washing machine.
- Designer kitchen (Cesar) with a large cooking island (3 meters), gas stove, two spacious Miele refrigerators, a Miele oven, a Miele dishwasher, a Quooker, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a blender, and many other accessories.
- Dining area with a 3.20-meter-long Arco dining table and Vico Magistretti chairs, and a cozy alcove.
- There are five large bedrooms:
- The first master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a double box-spring bed (180x200cm). From the bed, you can admire the fantastic Fresco ceiling paintings.
- The second master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a double box-spring bed (180x200cm), a workspace, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.
- The third bedroom is an attached loft on the first floor with a double box-spring bed (180x200cm) and a sofa bed in the attic. The room features large panoramic windows, a seating area, and a private balcony.
- The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor and has a double box-spring bed (160x200cm) as well as a Sebra Kili baby/toddler bed.
- The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with a rain shower.
- The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double box-spring bed (180x200cm).
- The third bathroom on the ground floor has a rain shower and a spacious sink.
- Storage & Cellar
Outside (1600m²):
- The property is fully fenced and private with 3-4 parking spaces.
- At the front (vineyard side) of the house is an infinity saltwater pool (10x4 meters / 1.5 meters deep) with a sun deck, Hay loungers, a lounge bed, and a covered lounge area. The pool is open from May to October.
- Next to the pool is a pergola with a 3.30-meter-long dining table and Kamado BBQ ("the Bastard"), as well as a freestanding hammock.
- In the courtyard (at the back of the house), you'll find a rose and herb garden, a 3.30-meter-long dining table, a large parasol, and a Weber gas barbecue. From here, you'll find an outdoor staircase leading to the roof terrace with seating.
