The annex has another living room with a kitchenette and sofa bed and a separate en-suite bedroom. In total, the villa can accommodate 8 people and, therefore, an ideal place for two families who can find extra privacy in their own "homes".
The heart of the villa is the spacious outdoor terrace in the well-maintained garden with typical Mediterranean vegetation. Have a refreshing aperitif under the gnarled olive tree, take a dip in the saltwater pool (heated with heating pump), or a siesta in the sun on the loungers. You can prepare a barbecue in the outdoor kitchen in the evening and enjoy long summer evenings. In the spring and autumn, you can dine in the living room surrounded by the warmth of the fireplace.
The absolute highlight of the villa is the location! Just a 5-minute drive from gorgeous sandy beaches in unspoiled nature, but also Lecce, Gallipoli, and the ceramics town of Grottaglie will surprise you with their architecture, history, and old traditions.
