Contrastingly, you’ll find doors and windows in every room and bathroom to let in the views and the sunshine. The newly-renovated spaces all weave into each other while maintaining a connection with the outdoors at all times. So whether you choose to spend time by the fireplace in the living room, the beautiful spacious kitchen, or the three warm bedrooms, the mountains are never too far away.
In the summers, take your meals outside to the well-equipped outdoor kitchen and bar. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset with a drink in hand, jump into the pool to relax after a long day, or simply settle down for a quiet afternoon on the terrace.
There’s a lot to do in the area, and you can easily drive down to beaches, ski slopes, and cultural sights. The village of Competa is just a few minutes away, and it borders a nature park where you can go hiking or biking. Exploring the towns of Frigiliana and Nerja is recommended, and you can just as easily take a road trip to Malaga.

There is a small dining area with a table for four guests.

The kitchen is large and well equipped. It has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, stove, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, blender, ceramic cooker, grill, kettle and toaster.

There are three bedrooms - two in the front with mountain views, and one at the back.

The master bedroom has a double bed with the possibility to add a single bed. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is a separate bathroom for the remaining two bedrooms.
Outside (2500 m2)

Pebble-strewn grounds surround the house, except for the wooden pool deck. Further renovations are being planned for the outdoor areas.

There is a covered dining area in front of the house and an additional lounge area as well. The dining table accommodates 8 guests.

The fully-covered kitchen has couches, a bar with stools, and all the basic amenities. In addition, you will find a gas fire pit, a gas barbecue and a small green egg barbeque.

Right beside the kitchen is the pool (8m x 4m x 1.85m).

There is a jaccuzi on the terrace.

There are 3-4 parking spots on site.
