Layout Villa Tres Flores (140 m2)

• Villa Tres Flores is a one-storey residence, with all spaces spanning the ground level.

• Overlooking the pool deck is the living room with a television and a fireplace.

• There is a small dining area with a table for four guests.

• The kitchen is large and well equipped. It has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, stove, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, blender, ceramic cooker, grill, kettle and toaster. 

• There are three bedrooms - two in the front with mountain views, and one at the back. 

• The master bedroom has a double bed with the possibility to add a single bed. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds.

• The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is a separate bathroom for the remaining two bedrooms.

Outside (2500 m2)

• Pebble-strewn grounds surround the house, except for the wooden pool deck. Further renovations are being planned for the outdoor areas.

• There is a covered dining area in front of the house and an additional lounge area as well. The dining table accommodates 8 guests.

• The fully-covered kitchen has couches, a bar with stools, and all the basic amenities. In addition, you will find a gas fire pit, a gas barbecue and a small green egg barbeque.

• Right beside the kitchen is the pool (8m x 4m x 1.85m).

• There is a jaccuzi on the terrace.

• There are 3-4 parking spots on site.

Other information:

• You will need a car to get to Villa Tres Flores, and the road there is quite hilly.
