Villa Ulmus is ideally located in the heart of Istria, offering easy access to top sights like the medieval town of Motovun, the beautiful Adriatic coast, and the region’s renowned vineyards and natural parks.
Layout Villa Ulmus | 153 m2 | 4 + 2 persons
- Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a large kitchen island and essentials like fridge, oven, microwave, oven, espresso machine, and dishwasher.
- Adjacent is the dining table suitable for 8 persons, a fireplace, and a plush lounge area. From here large, sliding doors open directly to the terrace & garden area.
- Master bedroom with a double bed and large panoramic windows through which you can access the garden.
- Double bedroom with two single beds, which can be pushed together, also with a large glass door with access to the garden.
- Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, bidet & WC. From here, there is also direct access to the garden.
- There are two additional beds, which can be placed in the lounge area or in the bedrooms upon request.
