In the heart of Andalusia, with gorgeous views over the mountains, after a curvy road through these maintains, you find the privately situated Villa Valparaiso. This detached house of 180m2 can accommodate 6 adults and 2 kids.

The villa layout is as follows:

• The open living space on the ground floor has an inviting lounge area, an eye-catching fireplace, and a dining table for up to 8 people. In addition, the satellite TV, and design audio system provide entertainment for the whole family.
• The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances (including a Side-by-Side refrigerator with ice maker and water, an oven, a microwave, a (small) dishwasher, and an induction hob).
• The large windows in the living room provide lots of light and, in combination with the high-quality natural stone floors (with underfloor heating), create a serene atmosphere.
• The patio doors give direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy your breakfast and the beautiful views in the morning.
• Air conditioning is installed in the living area. When the intermediate doors to the bedrooms are left open, the entire house cools down.
• On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one of which is a spacious bedroom with a double box-spring bed and an extra (sleeping) couch. The room has satellite TV and direct access to the additional terrace in front of the villa. 
• The second smaller bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe with authentic doors. This bedroom also opens directly onto the same terrace.
• The two bedrooms on the ground floor share a bathroom with panoramic windows, equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and a modern freestanding bath.
• A beautiful stone staircase in the hall takes you to the first floor with another bedroom with two single beds (which can also be made up as a double bed) with a traditional fireplace, and a niche with an extra (sleeping) couch and television.
• Each sleeping coach can accommodate an additional child.
• On the first floor, there is also a completely renewed small bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.

Outdoors

• The villa sits on a small hill and is surrounded by beautiful trees and an incredible large garden. Here you can enjoy the most magnificent sunsets, and you have a spectacular view of the surroundings.
• For active guests, the property has its own hard court tennis field. Rackets, balls, and a tennis ball machine are available.
• Then you can cool off in the large swimming pool (12x5 m) which is solar-heated. From April to September the temperature is very pleasant. From October to April the pool is not warm enough and then we recommend the jacuzzi / whirlpool, this is perfect for the colder season.
• Relax on the comfortable sunbeds or read a book in the hammock in the garden.
• Enjoy outdoors in the new Jacuzzi
• In the evening, you can dine with the whole family at the long table on the terrace; you can also prepare your summer meals on the outdoor gas grill.
• There is a second terrace at the front of the house with an inviting built-in lounge area.
