The house is a mix of modernity and traditional Greek architecture, complemented by an interior of natural materials and furniture from all over the world. Villa Ypsilon Naxos is equipped with all comforts, allowing you to fully unwind. There is a bedroom on the ground floor and a bedroom with a private balcony on the first floor. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, luxurious Coco-mat bed linen and large French windows to the outside. There are also two bathrooms with beautiful Greek architecture lines, an open kitchen and a nice living room.
The house has a private swimming pool and different terraces to enjoy the sun. From the bedrooms you have access to a private terrace or balcony with lovely bamboo lounge chairs and cushions. On the terrace with a pergola covered seating area you will find several lounge areas and the pool. From breakfast until late at night... here, you can enjoy a nice meal or a drink overlooking the sea. You will see priceless sunsets and within a 10-minute walk you are at the white sandy beach of Agia Anna. The rest of the island has plenty to offer too, so take your time and explore the beautiful surroundings of Naxos.

When booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the reservation sum. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation amount must be paid immediately. If canceled more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, you will receive 50% of the deposit back. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks, no refund will be made. We therefore recommend cancellation insurance.
The owners ask for a deposit of 500 Euro, you must transfer this amount to Nice2stay. You will receive a payment request for this before arrival. If you leave the house in good condition and no damage has been found, Nice2stay will refund the deposit within 14 days after departure from the house.

The island of Naxos is about 430 km² and lies below Mykonos in the Aegean Sea. This island has charming Greek villages, but is also surprisingly green. Along the coast you will find paradise-like beaches with rocks and on the island the green rolling hills. The airport for domestic flights is 2.5 km away from Villa Ypsilon Naxos. For example, you can fly to Naxos with a stopover in Athens. You can also get to Naxos by ferry from Athens, Mykonos or Santorini.
From the house you can walk within 10 minutes to Agia Anna beach, where you will also find several restaurants. The capital Naxos (7 km) has a beautiful harbour with cosy terraces and tavernas on the quayside. Here you will also find photogenic streets, boutique shops and beautiful old architecture. From the port at Naxos, you can book several boat trips to discover the surrounding islands. Other attractions on Naxos include the Venetian village of Chalki (17 km) or Filoti (19 km), the charming village on Mount Zas or one of the temples on the island.
Naxos is also a popular destination for island hopping, as it lies approximately in the middle of the Cyclades, an archipelago of 56 larger and smaller islands. For example, you can combine your stay at Villa Ypsilon Naxos with a few days on Paros, Mykonos, Santorini or the lesser known islands of Tinos and Syros.
