Villa Zafarraya is a barrier-free villa with a completely leveled surface and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, of which one bedroom and bathroom are accessible for people with physical limitations or wheelchair users.

• A cozy and bright living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows, and French windows with a barrier-free transition to the comfortable sun terrace by the pool
• The kitchen has a height-adjustable and wheelchair-accessible worktop including a hob and countertop and is equipped with cupboards and drawers that are easily accessible and easy to open. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with a combi oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Espresso machine, toaster and kettle, and even a large paella pan.
• There is a master bedroom with a stylish, movable (to the left or right) double high/low care bed (2x(96x212cm)) and plenty of maneuvering space around the bed. You enter this bedroom through a sliding door and via sliding doors it gives access to the ensuite bathroom which has a walk-in shower with a shower seat, a toilet with grab rails on both sides, and a wheelchair-accessible sink. Also, there is a shower wheelchair. The bathroom has floor heating.
• The other two bedrooms both have a double bed (150/180x200cm) 
• All bedrooms have blackout curtains
• Furthermore, there is a second bathroom including a shower, a natural stone sink, and a toilet

Outside:

• The driveway of Villa Zafarraya leads to a private parking space close to the house with a flat concrete surface, allowing you to get effortlessly from the parking lot to the entrance of the house. 
• Under the large shady patio with an impressive tree table where you can enjoy wonderful moments with your loved ones at lunch or dinnertime 
• You can barbecue to your heart's last on the Green Egg-style BBQ
• In the Mediterranean garden you will find many beautiful places to enjoy the peace and the view, the places are connected by playfully laid-out flat, paved paths of 120cm in width. There is a sun terrace, an aperitif corner, and even a 'silent corner' to unwind or to get a massage. 
• A fully adapted outdoor shower with hot water offers a sweeping view of the Zafarraya Gorge
• You can enjoy extra-long evenings in the beautiful garden. At the push of a button, the whimsical olive trees will light up and transform the garden into an almost magical fairy-tale forest.
• The private swimming pool with walk-in beckons on warm days and has a flat sun terrace with breathtakingly beautiful views in all directions.
• The swimming pool is heated and if you cover it with the existing pool cover it will remain at the right temperature. If you would like the pool heated during the winter months (November to March), an additional charge applies.
• Throughout the villa and garden there is enough space for the required turning circle for a wheelchair; In addition, the house has extra wide door openings.

The villa is also completely kid-proof! There are board games available in the house for fun family evenings and outside, young and old can play a game on the table tennis table or darts together (there are dart boards at 2 heights).
