Villa Zilverduin (188 m2) has three levels, on the ground floor you will find a large open plan living space with a kitchen with cooking island, dining table and sitting area with wood burner. There is also a unique "basement" with a cinema, table tennis table and a separate utility/laundry room with its own entrance
