Both villas are modern and have light rooms that are filled with modern sofas, vintage/retro furniture, and cheerful details, such as the eye-catching floral wallpaper in the lounge area, beautiful green vases, and colorful cushions and bedspreads. The villas offer all comforts and facilities (including air conditioning) for a relaxing stay. In addition to a spacious living and dining room, there is a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms - for 4 people - with marble bathrooms, one of which has a panoramic bathtub! In Villa Flora, two additional people can sleep on the sofa in the living room.
In the middle of the greenery is a shared swimming pool with a large sun terrace for a refreshing dip on summer days. Only 20 minutes away, the golden sand beaches of Marina di Pisticci beckon, where you will find tranquility even in high season! You can also explore the UNESCO cave city of Matera, taste local wines and dishes from the region or enjoy water sports at sea. The Villas of Pisticci are located on a beautiful green private property of 2 hectares with Mediterranean gardens and a shared swimming pool. The villas are completely independent and have their own private terrace with outdoor furniture. They are equipped with all modern comforts and offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
The two villas can also be rented together. The gardens and the swimming pool you'll have for exclusive use. The villas are divided as follows:
Villa Anna | 4 people | 100m2
Villa Anna is located on top of the hill with a breathtaking view over the valley and the village of Pisticci.
- Open-plan living with a lounge area with a spacious sofa and a fireplace
- Workplace with library
- The kitchen has a dining table and is equipped with an oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Sliding doors open onto the large panoramic terrace.
- There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and has a double bed (180x200cm), a desk, bookcases, and a very large window.
- The second bedroom is smaller and has a window overlooking the olive trees. It has 2 beds that can also be converted into a queen-size bed (160x200cm)
- A bathroom with a bath, sink and separate toilet. There is also a walk-in shower.
- Large private terrace with a dining table, lounge chairs/sofa, and a barbecue
Villa Flora | 6 people | 100m2
Villa Flora is located in the middle of the greenery and close to the swimming pool
- Open-plan living with a colorful lounge corner with a large sofa bed (where 2 more people can sleep), a dining table, a sideboard, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.
- There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed and an ensuite marble bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- On both sides of the villa, you will find a private terrace. One terrace is equipped with lounge chairs and a few steps lower you will find a built-in lounge sofa and outdoor shower. The other terrace (adjacent to the kitchen) has a dining table, lounge sofa, and a barbecue.
Facilities:
- The villas are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, satellite-TV, and bathrooms with bathrobes and toiletries
- Communal gardens and swimming pool (15x3.5m / 1.5m deep) with sun terrace and sun loungers. Please note that if you stay at Villa Anna you will have to climb some (steep) stairs on the way back from the pool to the villa!
