Your holiday begins immediately upon ascending the sweeping driveway with ample parking. The property consists of two interconnected holiday homes that, thanks to its clever layout (incorporating two kitchens), can each be rented separately. This makes VistaMontesecco an ideal destination for two families wishing to holiday together. Each holiday home boasts its own private entrance, yet is conveniently connected via an internal double door for a potential ‘Living Apart Together’ arrangement, if desired. Meanwhile the superb swimming pool, furnished with more than enough sunbeds for all and surrounded by a large terrace, is the perfect spot for socializing.
The rugged interior is a contemporary interpretation of a rural Tuscan farmhouse - the Dutch owners have paid particular attention to beautiful finishing touches, which lend the impressive holiday home a truly unique and personal character.
Le Marche is prized for its pure and simple living, and although tourism in this breath-taking Italian region is starting to increase, bringing with it an air of liveliness, there’s still plenty of opportunity to escape the crowds. The area immediately surrounding the holiday home is tranquil and undiscovered, yet there are at least five excellent restaurants within just a 10 minute drive, one of which is even within comfortable walking distance. Daily grocery shopping can be enjoyed in San Lorenzo in Campo or in Castel di Suasa, both only 4 km from San Pietro and each with their own bustling weekly markets.
Beach lovers are thoroughly spoilt too, with the breath-taking Adriatic coast a mere half hour drive away…

Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
The owners of Vista Montesecco require a deposit of 750 Euros, to be paid together with the remaining payment of the rent 6 weeks before commencement of stay. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days after departure.

Holiday home VistaMontesecco (320 m2) consists of two semi-detached properties surrounded by more than 8000 m2 of land. It occupies a truly delightful setting in Le Marche, perched upon a hill some 300 meters high. The house is enveloped by several terraces – simply perfect for soaking up those spectacular views over the corn and sunflower fields. Indeed, just like neighbouring Tuscany, the meadows of Le Marche provide a stunning backdrop of colour, which changes according to the season, and can be admired from early morning until late into the evening. The private swimming pool is wonderfully secluded and surrounded by a pretty sun terrace and an adjacent pool house, complete with outdoor kitchen and attractive wood-fired pizza oven.
