Hidden behind a modest facade, the architecture of the house surprises you as soon as you enter. Spread over no less than five floors you will find inviting indoor and outdoor spaces with a contemporary interior (with high-quality design furniture and accessories), excellent facilities, and astonishing views over the valley, the Mediterranean Sea, and even the Rif Mountains in Morocco.
The heart of the house is the stylish open-plan living with a dining table and modern white kitchen which offers fantastic views in both directions and opens onto a generous balcony terrace. There are two en-suite bedrooms (for 4 adults) and a convertible sofa in the entrance lounge - with its own bathroom - where two children can sleep. In the basement, you find a studio with a lounge sofa and projector for your movie evenings. All this is crowned with a sunny courtyard with a private swimming pool and as a highlight a roof terrace with 360-degree views.
Within walking distance, you will find shops, local tapas bars, and restaurants in the village of Gaucín and you can explore the surrounding authentic white villages by car or via the hiking trails, of course, you cannot miss Ronda. The beaches and chiringuito beach bars of the Costa del Sol are just over half an hour's drive away and for a chic night out, choose from Marbella or laid-back Sotogrande.

When booking, a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount is required. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation sum is to be paid immediately. In case of a cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks no refund will be made. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit of €400, which has to be paid in advance to Nice2stay. You will receive a payment request 1 week before your arrival. If you leave the accommodation clean and no damage is found, the deposit will be returned within 14 days.

Location
Vista Real is located in the charming village of Gaucín in the interior of the province of Malaga. Several restaurants, bars, and mini-markets can be found within a 5 to 10-minute walk. There is a market every Saturday. Gaucín is one of 15 beautiful "pueblos blancos" in the Genal Valley - many of which are linked by footpaths. One of the well-known white villages is Ronda (43km) with its justly famous bridge, bullring, and beautiful town hall square, the perfect place for a drink and to watch the processions the week before Easter (Semana Santa). The lesser-known white villages Algatocín (9 km), Atajate (19 km), and Montejaque (38 km) are also worth a visit.
Los Alcornocales National Park borders Gaucín and is a paradise for walkers, runners, and cyclists. You will find plenty of flora and fauna such as olive and almond groves, fig and sweet chestnut trees, wild deer, foxes, and wild boars.
Sotogrande (42 km) and Marbella (70 km) offer seductive glamor on the nearby Costa del Sol, both less than an hour's drive away. The nearest beaches are approximately 35-40 minutes drive away, in and around Estepona (40km) and San Luis de Sabinillas (30km).
The port city of Gibraltar (63 km) and windsurfing paradise Tarifa (86 km) are also good options for a day trip.
Flights arrive in the city of Malaga (120km) whose historic center and city beaches are also well worth a detour.
