Villa Vivelsu is a modern holiday home located in a quiet residential area of Benissa, just 5 minutes from the beach on the Costa Blanca. Luxury, comfort, and space (with an area of 440m2!) are the keywords of this attractive house. And as a bonus, it offers a fantastic view of the sea, that you can enjoy from every room (inside and out).

The house is spread over four floors, with an indoor garage and gym downstairs with bathroom facilities, a spacious living room with an open kitchen on the first floor, and two ensuite bedrooms. On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms with which Villa Vivelsu can accommodate 8 people who will find plenty of space and comfort in the house because it is equipped with high-quality amenities and facilities to guarantee you a carefree holiday.

Around the house, you will find several inviting spots to fully enjoy the outdoors. You can prepare delicious barbecue meals on the grill in the outdoor kitchen, and enjoy warm summer evenings around the dining table. The saltwater infinity swimming pool with a jetstream is perfect for a cooling dip and you can enjoy alluring panoramas on the sun loungers.

Beautiful design villa for 8 p near the beach in South-East Spain

Villa Vivelsu is a recently built and modern holiday home on three floors with a wonderful view of the sea. The house is very spacious and is equipped with high-quality facilities and amenities. It has several outdoor areas (on various levels of the house) as well as a private saltwater infinity swimming pool with a jetstream.

Open-plan living with a sitting area and a large window overlooking the sea. Sliding doors provide direct access to the terrace
The living room flows into the fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, blender, kettle, and toaster. Premium coffee and tea from Café Saula are included.
A door goes out from the kitchen to the outdoor kitchen.
From the living room, you reach a corridor with a staircase to the lower floor with a garage (with a parking spot for one car), a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a gym. In addition, the Gym area (and for the pool) also have their own bathroom facilities, separate from the outdoor shower.
There are a total of four en-suite bedrooms, spread over the first and second floors. Three bedrooms have a double bed (180x200cm) and one has two single beds. The bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and a nice view.
The bathrooms are equipped with a sink, toilet, bath or shower, linen bathrobes, and toiletries (shampoo, soap, body lotion, conditioner) of the brand Stop the Water

Outside

The property grounds (270m2) are completely fenced and divided over various levels. You will find outdoors:

A covered terrace with a dining table for 8 people
A covered outdoor kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas barbecue
A saltwater infinity swimming pool with a jetstream (40m2), with a sun terrace, sunbeds, and an outdoor shower
