Villa Vivelsu is a modern, fully renovated boutique villa, spread across four floors and located in the peaceful residential area of Montemar in Benissa.

• The fully equipped kitchen is an extension of the living room and includes an induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, blender, kettle, orange juicer and toaster. Premium organic coffee and tea from Café Saula are included.
• The first ensuite bedroom is also located on this floor. The room has a double bed of 180 x 200 cm, spacious built in wardrobes and sea views.
• The bathroom, and likewise all bathrooms in the villa, including 4 ensuite bathrooms, 1 separate bathroom and 1 separate toilet, are equipped with a washbasin, toilet, shower and or bathtub, bathrobes, a hot tub, toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body lotion, as well as a curling iron.

Second floor

• Three ensuite bedrooms, two with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm and one with two single beds that can be separated. All bedrooms on this floor have spacious built in wardrobes, including one walk in wardrobe, sea views and access to the balcony.
• The ensuite bathrooms are equipped as described above.

First floor

• The games and cinema room is equipped with various board and card games for the whole family, a large television with surround sound system and a PlayStation 5 with online subscription.
• The gym and yoga room is equipped with a dual cable station and four yoga mats.
• Also on this floor are the utility room with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, the climate controlled wine cabinet with a hand selected wine collection, and the separate bathroom and toilet.

The grounds of 270 m² on which the villa stands are fully enclosed and divided over several levels. You will find:
