Villa Vivelsu is a recently built and modern holiday home on three floors with a wonderful view of the sea. The house is very spacious and is equipped with high-quality facilities and amenities. It has several outdoor areas (on various levels of the house) as well as a private saltwater infinity swimming pool with a jetstream.
Layout Villa Vivelsu | 440m2 | 8 people
- Open-plan living with a sitting area and a large window overlooking the sea. Sliding doors provide direct access to the terrace
- The living room flows into the fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, blender, kettle, and toaster. Premium coffee and tea from Café Saula are included.
- A door goes out from the kitchen to the outdoor kitchen.
- From the living room, you reach a corridor with a staircase to the lower floor with a garage (with a parking spot for one car), a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a gym. In addition, the Gym area (and for the pool) also have their own bathroom facilities, separate from the outdoor shower.
