Full description of Xamerli32 

Xamerli32 is spread over several floors with alluring spaces and natural stone terraces. The outdoor areas are nicely laid out and fabulously lit in the evening. There are several seating and lounge areas to relax and come together that are surrounded by find grapefruit, avocado, grapes and lemon trees, as well as an herb garden.

• From street level, a staircase brings you to a path with tall trees that leads to the infinity-style pool (7 x 3.5 meters) that features in-pool benches.
• At the poolside, you can listen to music via the mobile Xboom music box (Wi-Fi)
• There are four sturdy sun loungers and parasols
• There is an outside shower
• A shaded terrace is equipped with some Acapulco chairs
• A few steps up is the bar/outdoor kitchen, an area that invites you to stay during the whole day...The outdoor kitchen has a large bar with bar stools and a fridge.
• A second bar has a sink with hot and cold water; ideal to enjoy a cold drink.
• Next to the bar/outdoor kitchen is a covered terrace with a large dining table and benches

First floor 

• Magnificently designed veranda giving access to two ensuite bedrooms (not connecting) with both breathtaking views, a built-in sofa, and wicker seats
• On this floor is also the laundry room with washer and dryer

Second floor

• Veranda with a large dining table and a hanging chair from where you can enjoy the gorgeous vistas of the surroundings and the distant sea.
• Entry to the living room with open kitchen

• Next to the living room, is a hall with a separate guest toilet and a door to a bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

• The micro-cement floors give the house a spacious and fresh appearance
• All bedrooms feature large cupboards and comfortable box spring beds (180 x 200 cm) with quality linen, two of which can be made up as single beds. All rooms are lockable and offer maximum privacy, thanks to their private entrance and seating area. So they are not connecting! 
• The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, and soft quality towels
• The air conditioning can be operated separately in each bedroom
• Each bedroom can be closed with wooden black-out doors that allow fresh air to pass
