You and the Sea is a new and modern property with apartments where you will stay in the vicinity of the sea, the beach and the Portuguese hospitality. It is a pleasant 5 minutes walk to Praia do Sul beach and 10 minutes to Ericeira, an authentic village with nice restaurants and where the relaxed surf culture predominates.

The spacious apartments of 75 - 380 m2, all with balcony and a few with sea view, are comfortably furnished, equipped with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven etc), living room, air conditioning, one or more bathrooms. The details have also been thought of, for example beach towels and a beach bag. The comfort of your own apartment with the service of a hotel; there are toiletries, maid service every day, an atmospheric restaurant with breakfast buffet, lunch, diner and good dishes for the children.

The facilities are extensive; a heated (partially) indoor pool with sunbathing lawn, playroom for children with playstation, sauna, gym, massages and parking spaces. You can book your surflessons upon arrival, performed by a good surfschool dedicated for the guests of You and the Sea. Also, there is a spacious lounge area with a skate ramp and a bar. Via a small path way, you will reach the beach of Ericeira.  

Ericeira is known as one of the best surf spots in Portugal, suitable for the novice and experienced surfer. You can also rent bikes and explore the area. Lisbon is 36 km away and Sintra is 17 km away.

Beautiful location, comfortable and spacious flat

Totally nice flat hotel only we had a balcony on the side of the hotel with little view and almost no sun, so we personally wouldn't go for that next time, everything else absolutely lovely.

The apartments with 2 bedrooms and more, all have minimal 2 bathrooms of which one is always ensuite and one is always a bath and the other a shower.
