Here you live in the middle of the seasons; in the summer you can cruise beautifully on the inland streams. In autumn it's a pleasure to walk or cycle in the Wormer and Jisperveld. In winter you can be the first to skate on the small, shallow waterways here. When spring arrives you can see the lambs frolicking on the meadows. The picturesque town of Oostknollendam is 20 minutes drive from Amsterdam, attractions such as Volendam, Zaamdam and the North Sea coast are easily accessible.
