Before we dive into the details, could you briefly introduce yourself and your family members?

Our family consists of myself, Lilia, my husband Francesco, and our three children: Philipp, who is 12, Celeste, who is 10, and Jasmine, who is 7 years old. We also have our dog Marley and cat Dior. Together, we warmly welcome guests to our Qi Villa & Spa to share Italian experiences.

We would like to share a bit about you as a person with our clients. Would you like to tell us more about yourself?

I am a singer and have a great passion for Italian cuisine. I love to cook, and although I want to be modest, I must admit that I cook very well. Additionally, I am a lover of art and design.

When and how did the property come into your life, and what motivated you to make it a part of your life?

We built our home over a period of 10 years with love and patience. It is a project that we have invested a lot of energy and dedication into as a family.

Can you tell us more about the process of renovating and decorating your property?

Our architect is a well-known name in Tuscany. We did the final details ourselves, following design trends and opting for luxury brands, such as Varaskin furniture for the outdoors. The whole process was a beautiful journey of creativity and collaboration.

What makes your property truly special to you? Are there any special memories or moments that make it particularly dear to you?

We have worked hard on this property and enjoyed the entire process. Especially the summers and the Christmas period with family were special, times when our villa was filled with love and joy.

How would you describe the atmosphere and interior of your property?

The atmosphere in our villa is a mix of classic Tuscan charm and modern Eastern influences, radiating warmth and a unique sense of comfort.

What part of your property do you find the most beautiful, and why?

My favorite place is the kitchen. It is very spacious and comfortable, perfect for cooking, eating, and gathering with important people. It is a place where a lot of love and coziness come together.

What makes the location of your property unique and special?

Our villa is situated in a small oasis with fresh air and tranquility, a location that is both private and intimate. Additionally, it features a spa with unique massage techniques, making the stay even more special.

Are there any sustainable or eco-friendly practices associated with your property that you are proud of?

Yes, we are very proud of our solar panels and our safe rainwater collection system. We do everything we can to live in harmony with nature and respect it.

What motivated or inspired you to rent your property to guests?

We love hospitality and enjoy meeting new people. It is also a pleasure for us to present our property from different perspectives and see how others enjoy it.

Can you give a vivid description of the overall experience that guests can expect during their stay at your property?

If I were to paint a morning at Qi Villa & Spa, I would use apricot colors, and with a small brush and coffee color, represent the aroma of cappuccino. It may sound strange, but our guests often forget to go out shopping because they simply enjoy their time by the pool and fully relax.

In what ways does your property stand out from others? What unique features make it an unforgettable experience for guests?

Our villa is modern and offers a lot of comfort, something that is not always easy to find in Tuscany. This unique combination of luxury, design, and warm hospitality makes the stay in our villa unforgettable.

What is the nicest compliment you have received from a guest?

The best compliment is when guests rebook for the following year and bring gifts from their own country. That is a sign for us that they truly appreciate their time with us.
