The apartments can accommodate 2 to 4 people, with a luxurious and spacious bedroom and a sofa bed. They are ideal for both adults and children aged 12 and over. The living room with open kitchen opens onto a private terrace with seating. The interior is a mix of practical furniture and unique pieces, collected by the owner at local markets. Luxury extras such as air conditioning and beautiful bed linen, will make your stay comfortable. From your bedroom window on the mezzanine you can enjoy a breathtaking sunrise over the Marche countryside, with in the distance the charming village of Filottrano beautifully lit up at night.
The (award-winning) swimming pool is spectacularly situated in the landscape; beautiful as a painting with hills in different shades of green and fields full of exuberant yellow sunflowers. The two apartments are identical and divided as follows:
Indeling (42 m2)
- living room/kitchen of 26 m2
- open kitchen with electric hob, fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine
- living room with sofa, flat screen satellite TV and doors that open onto the private terrace
- bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
- private terrace with seating for 4 people
- BBQ (on request)

Bistro:
The bistro is a special space; a modern sleek light grey floor, a fridge from the 50s (heirloom from Deborah's grandmother), old wooden sliding doors and a professional kitchen. A beautiful, quiet place to eat inside, but it is also nice to stay outside on the terrace . Open daily for breakfast and, on request, also for a light lunch.
By reservation, you can dine in the bistro three evenings a week (Saturday, Wednesday and Friday); a gastronomic 4-course, seasonal menu.
Swimming pool:
The swimming pool is the real eye-catcher of the domain and offers:
- swimming pool of 13x6 meters
- sunbeds and parasols (not always available as there is often a breeze here)
- design lounge designed by Ron Arad
- The pool has won an international award 'The Quinquennial Tile Award' presented by the Fincibec Group.
Environmentally friendly
The environment is important to the owners and attention has been paid to this in a number of areas: solar panels (on the roof of the car park), rainwater is collected in tanks for irrigation and there is LED lighting.
