ARC Padstow is an elegant country house spread over three floors where luxury (hotel) facilities are combined with rural charm and all modern comforts for an extremely comfortable stay.

• There are twelve elegant bedrooms, spread over the ground floor, first, and second floor; all beautifully serene spaces to retreat to when you need some sleep or some private time with a good book. The bedroom on the ground floor is accessible for disabled people and has its own entrance door.
• Four bedrooms have king-size beds and the other eight are super kings. One bedroom is equipped with two extra trundle beds
• Each bedroom has its own luxurious bathroom or access to an en suite bathroom, where you can expect Italian marble sinks, deep bathtubs, and/or large walk-in showers.
• There are two living rooms on the ground floor, an attractive lounge, and the adjacent 'snug', both equipped with a fireplace
• There is a separate children's playroom with a large television and access to the garden
• The spacious dining room features a wooden dining table for 26 people and a glass wall that can be fully opened and leads to the garden
• The state-of-the-art kitchen has a large cooking island. The kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances including 4 ovens, 2 hobs, 2 fridges/freezers, and 2 dishwashers, as well as crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
• Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer

• Beautifully landscaped garden with an oval sunbathing lawn
• Outdoor kitchen with a large pizza oven, braai/barbecue and a dining table
