• A passage takes you to the cozy living room with a large, comfortable couch, an armchair, and a modern fireplace. A large door gives access to the balcony overlooking the village.
• A door in the kitchen brings you to one of the two bedrooms with a double bed. This bedroom has its own modern bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
• From the living room, a staircase leads to the second floor with a second large and comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, and toilet.

Outside, about 50 meters from Bellini, is a swimming pool that is shared by 10 other properties of Galenda. It is surrounded on one side by vineyards, and on the other, you enjoy a fantastic panoramic view.

• The swimming pool (14.5x6 m and 1.35 m deep) is adjacent to a lawn with sun loungers and parasols. Besides a large pool, there is a smaller pool for children (3 m diameter and 50 cm deep.) The pools are open from May to September. The pool area is fenced and closed with a gate.
• An outdoor shower is also available.
• In a corner of the garden, in the shade of the olive trees, is a beautiful lounge area with built-in sofas and pillows.
