Casa Cattura is a beautiful holiday home for 10 people in Le Marche. The Dutch owners completely rebuilt and renovated the holiday home in 2019. The house is set on 0.5 hectares of its own and is situated in a quiet and green area, on a dead end road.

- well-equipped kitchen with large gas stove, oven, nespresso machine, dishwasher and large fridge.

- 1 bedroom (1 x double bed with 2 separate mattresses of 90x220 cm)
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 or 2 sinks and a toilet
First floor:
- living room with patio doors, fireplace and TV with Netflix
- 4 bedrooms (3 x double box springs with 2 separate mattresses of 90 * 210 cm, 2 x single beds of 90 * 200 cm), the bedroom with the single beds needs to be entered via the masterbedroom
- 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, 1 or 2 sinks and a toilet. One bathroom also has a bidet.
All bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows and have air conditioning.

Around the house you will find a beautiful fully fenced garden.
