Inside, you will find bright rooms with large windows and a stylish interior finished to perfection. Modern furniture, wood, and earth tones predominate and are complemented by some fine works of art and cheerful designer tiles in the sleek kitchen and bathrooms. The 3 hotel-style bedrooms - for 6 persons - with air-conditioning allow you to fully enjoy a good night's sleep. To make the holiday feel complete, the villa is kept clean halfway through your stay and supplied with clean towels!
Spacious and comfortable is also the magnificent garden, with a superbly landscaped lawn with olive and carob trees inviting you to a summer picnic. Hot days are spent reading and relaxing by the pool with a magnificent view of the valley. Well-kept terraces (in and out of the sun) are perfect for an aperitif or dinner.
For those who can still tear themselves away from the tranquility of the villa, there is plenty to see in the surrounding area; the beautiful baroque towns of Val di Noto, the authentic fishing village of Marzameni, and beautiful sandy beaches - such as the unspoiled sandy beach of Calamoche - are nearby to explore.

- The villa has a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and three beautiful ensuite bedrooms.
- The open living room with ceiling-high windows has a spacious dining table and a sitting area with a sofa, armchairs, and a television.
- The kitchen has a kitchen island/bar with a few bar stools and all modern appliances including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, espresso machine, and a toaster.
To the side of the kitchen is a passage to the sleeping area with:
- A master bedroom with a king-size bed, desk, television, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and a toilet.
- Two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, both with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The house also has a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. All rooms have air conditioning.
Outside (5000m2):
The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped lawn with some large trees, here you will find:
- A shaded terrace (at the house) with a dining table for 6 people and a second terrace in the garden
- A private swimming pool (4,5 x 10m), max 1,50 m deep. The pool is open from April till November. Around the pool, on the sun terrace, you will find loungers, parasols, a seating area, and an outdoor shower.
- There is a private parking.
A welcome pack with breakfast products is available on arrival. Intermediate cleaning and change of all towels (2 times a week) are included in the price.
Airport transfers are available on request and for a fee.
