• The villa has a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and three beautiful ensuite bedrooms.
• The open living room with ceiling-high windows has a spacious dining table and a sitting area with a sofa, armchairs, and a television.
• The kitchen has a kitchen island/bar with a few bar stools and all modern appliances including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, espresso machine, and a toaster.

To the side of the kitchen is a passage to the sleeping area with:

• A master bedroom with a king-size bed, desk, television, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and a toilet.
• Two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, both with a shower, sink, and toilet.

The house also has a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. All rooms have air conditioning.

The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped lawn with some large trees, here you will find:

• A shaded terrace (at the house) with a dining table for 6 people and a second terrace in the garden
• A private swimming pool (4,5 x 10m), max 1,50 m deep. The pool is open from April till November. Around the pool, on the sun terrace, you will find loungers, parasols, a seating area, and an outdoor shower.
• There is a private parking.

A welcome pack with breakfast products is available on arrival. Intermediate cleaning and change of all towels (2 times a week) are included in the price.
