The interior is bathed in warm Mediterranean light, and thick stone walls and lush green gardens help keep the house pleasantly cool during the sultry summer months.
The spacious holiday home boasts a unique design that’s ideal for family and friends wishing to holiday together. Indeed, the four bedrooms each function almost like small, individual apartments, with own entrance, small living room with fridge, en-suite bathroom and doors to a private terrace. The spacious living/dining area comprises a kitchen, living room with large sofa and wood burning stove, and a dining room with dining table and fireplace. The garden is an oasis of green in desert-like surroundings; outside you can enjoy convivial al-fresco dining at the dining table on the covered terrace, a morning coffee on your private terrace, a refreshing dip in the swimming pool surrounded by cacti, or admire stunning sea views and starry night skies from the sunbeds on the pool house roof.
You’ll also get to discover a truly unspoilt part of Andalusia, with summer jazz and flamenco concerts set to the sound of the waves,deserted beaches with beautiful clear blue waters and charming whitewashed villages. And the nearby city of Almeria, complete with bustling terraces and a Hamman, is well worth a visit.

Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
The owners request a deposit t.h.v. 600 Euros, this amount should be transfer to Nice2stay with the (remaining) payment of the rent. If you leave the house well and there is no damage, Nice2stay will refund the deposit within 14 days of leaving the house.

Casa la Chumbera Blanca is located on the outskirts of Mojacar, a small village in the Sierra de Cabrera, with white houses and narrow streets full of light and life in the summer months.
Beach:
The nearest beach is 1 km away. The Mojacar beach offers several facilities and is crowded in summer; here you dine with your feet in the sand. Also, in the summer jazz and flamenco concerts on the beach. A few minutes drive further you'll find pristine beaches, such as Playa del Elefante or Plaza Manaca. On the way towards this you will come (from here nice views) along a fortress and a lighthouse Arabic. There are a few beach bars where you can eat and drink.
Gabo de Gata:
At about 20 kilometers away is the Natural Park Gabo de Gata. A beautiful area with beautiful bays, white villages ... peace and beauty.
